Service Levels at ArchiSurance
Within ArchiSurance, service levels are defined so as to cover a single dimension. This means that any service level can be seen to be "less" or "more" than any other service level. Although the Service Level can be addressed by it's numerical value (e.g. level 100), we normally use the name that we've assigned to each official service level.
