This is the base color OIAm Light Blue, RGB value R:43, G:172, B:229, hexadecimal #2BACE5. It is part of this wiki's base color palette. It is not meant to be used directly, but rather to be inserted in one or more color combinations. Should you nevertheless wish to use it directly, you must know that it ONLY returns the six-digit hexadecimal color code.
You can use it like this:
<span style="color:#{{Color OIAm Light Blue}}; background:#{{Color Black}}"> This text will be OIAm Light Blue and on a black background </span>
This results in: This text will be OIAm Light Blue and on a black background
