The Address Lookup function serves lookups from a store of connected names and addresses. Description

This Generic Function belongs to Working Area Network. The Name Lookup function serves lookups from a store of connected names and addresses. To this end, it accepts a piece of data, and then consults a structured data store to return one or more related pieces of data. This function is most often used to model directory lookups, name resolution and fixed data conversion schemes. It is therefor regularly found in the following infrastructure facilities:
