The simplest rule set would duplicate incoming data to two different destinations, the most complex rule sets would use the incoming data itself, meta-data obtained from elsewhere, and environmental parameters and conditions to make the routing decisions.<br /> <br /> When routing is based on relatively simple criteria, such as routing information in the incoming data, this function can be used by itself.
