This box should be at the top of pages defining a Technical Component. It takes these named parameters:

name holds the "nice" name of the Element.
componenttype holds the comma-separated list of classes to which this Technical Component belongs (e.g. Technical Component type hardware, Technical Component type protocol)
version holds the version number of the document itself
owner holds the designated owner of this architecture product. Please provide the Displayname of the wiki user that is the owner (or else his/her login name without the User: prefix).

It calls upon template Pageheaderbox4DesignDocs to create the actual box, and also delivers the ==Description== header above the free text section.
