This template only serves to create a 48 pixel big icon for a BBT, complete with a clickable link under the icon to the BBT itself, and the BBT's name as alt text. The template is used by other templates like BuildingBlockIconFromWorkingArea. To use it, call the template with a single parameter, being a Building Block Type page. For example:

To prevent nasty display errors when no page is given, the default points to an existing BBT, namely BT.Workspace Engine. When called, the template looks like this:
