Solutions

Introduction

A Solution is a predefined set of infrastructure facilities, services and processes, that is delivered to the end-user/customer of IT.

A Solution is constructed using the following components from the repository:

• One or more infrastructure Patterns
• One or more Operational Processes
• One or more Service Level Agreements

Solutions can be worked out in Product Blueprints, especially when Solutions are requested frequently in a standard fashion.
