This box should be at the top of pages defining Pattern Types. It takes these named parameters:
* ''PATname'' holds the "nice" name of the pattern.
* ''summary'' takes a short, functional description of Pattern Type to which the page relates, which is then available throughout the wiki as the "Summary string" property. If left empty it's content will become "unspecified".
* ''version'' holds the version number of the document itself
* ''owner'' holds the designated owner of this architecture product. Please provide the [[Property:Displayname|Displayname]] of the wiki user that is the owner (or else his/her [[Special:ListUsers|login name]] without the ''User:'' prefix).
* ''sector'' defines the infrastructure sector that this Pattern Type belongs to; the value of this field must be a page name for one of the pages of the category [[:Category:Infrastructure Sector|Infrastructure Sector]].

This template calls upon template Pageheaderbox to create the actual box, and also delivers the ==Description== header above the free text section.
