This template will be used to pipe the result of a semantic query into a table cell. The table cell will fill up with a simple list of all Building Block Types or Variants that belong to the Working Area that the semantic query pipes to it, depending on a single user parameter.
* ''userparam'': a single parameter that can be either "type" or "variant". Depending on this parameter, the template will return BBTs or BBVs. If this parameter is misspelled or omitted, "variant" is assumed.

Usage:
