The concept &amp;quot;Service Levels&amp;quot; signifies a certain quality of service that accompanies an infrastructure facility (or set of facilities) to form an infrastructure service.&lt;br /&gt;

==Service Levels at ArchiSurance==&lt;br /&gt;
Within ArchiSurance, service levels are defined so as to cover a single dimension. This means that any service level can be seen to be &amp;quot;less&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;more&amp;quot; than any other service level. Although the Service Level can be addressed by it&amp;#039;s numerical value (e.g. level 100), we normally use the name that we&amp;#039;ve assigned to each official service level.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
