* &amp;lt;font color=red&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[allows value::online help desk]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;/font&amp;gt; means there are on-line resources like knowledge bases, electronic manuals, and the possibility to report incidents and problems electronically&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;lt;font color=red&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[allows value::5x8]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;/font&amp;gt; stands for standard support under normal business hours&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;lt;font color=red&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[allows value::5x12]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;/font&amp;gt; indicates extended standard support between 07:00 and 19:00 on weekdays&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;lt;font color=red&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[allows value::5x12/2x8]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;/font&amp;gt; indicates intensive support, with helpdesk available during extended standard times &amp;#039;&amp;#039;plus&amp;#039;&amp;#039; support on weekends and holidays from 09:00 to 17:00&lt;br /&gt;
